Sports injury rehabilitation

Sports Injury Rehabilitation Sessions
We offer two session lengths to cater to different needs:

50-Minute Session
A comprehensive rehabilitation session designed for a full assessment, hands-on treatment, and structured rehabilitation exercises. This session is ideal for:

In-depth injury evaluation and treatment
A combination of manual therapy, mobilisation, and exercise rehabilitation
Incorporating multiple techniques such as acupuncture, cupping, or Thera-Gun mobilisation
Chronic or complex injuries requiring a more detailed approach

30-Minute Session
A focused session for targeted treatment or follow-up care. This is best suited for:

Ongoing rehabilitation progress checks
Specific pain relief treatments like manual therapy, taping, or soft tissue release
Shorter, maintenance-based recovery sessions
Both sessions are tailored to individual needs, helping to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore strength effectively.
