HOW WE HELP

Sports injury rehabilitation

Offering long-term support from our team will enable you to progress through the recovery process and not only return to your sport but impart lasting knowledge that will help with longevity and functional capacity. We also aim to identify any potential underlying factors which may affect functional movement and increase injury risk, therefore we strive to not only rehabilitate the injury but improve the athlete as a whole through increased structural integrity and functional capacity by combatting any muscular imbalances, pre-existing injuries and functional movement deficiencies.
